5K

i signed up for 5K run yesterday.

i am not a runner. thus this is perfect motivation for me to get fit and run regularly.
i downloaded c25k app and began the training this week.
i can't wait till the race day.... super excited and nervous.

today is the week1 day3 of the training.... and i am so so so so so sore.
hopefully my muscles will get used to the running and i will be in shape in.... 8 weeks!

i will be running for forest city road races on april 29.
78 days to go!
