this year, cherry blossoms are really early in toronto. usually high park turns pink at the end of april or mid may, but this year due to strangely warm winter, the spring came early, hence the cherry blossoms. when i went for a run yesterday the buds hadn't quite bloomed yet, but i am sure it will be all pink and pretty in next few days.
i tracked my run half way to see how i did. aaaahhh.. with the 5k run only 22 days away, i am not yet confident i can do the full 5k in one run. i made it to 2.91km nonstop.. and then walked the rest of the way home. oh boy....
