hot yoga and kimchi

rosalyn invited me to join her hot yoga class on sunday morning. it was my first time visiting a yoga studio and didn't know what to expect. wow. my clothes were soaked by the end of the session. it was a beginner's class but it was intense enough for me. moving non-stop in a heated room was not easy. i really enjoyed it though. after the session, i felt refreshed and relaxed as if i had gotten an hour long massage. but the pain of sore muscles came the day later.


after yoga, we made kimchi chigae at her place. it was soooooooo gooooood. eating after workout always makes the food taste ten times better. you can read about the recipe here.


while preparing for lunch, tutu and i took some time to get to know each other better. i am allergic to cats and tutu is really shy. so we get along just fine, keeping our boundaries :D
