winter is slowly but truly approaching toronto and the outdoor activities are becoming limited with its icy cold wind. snakes and lattes is one of the best places to spend an afternoon (or a day) playing as many board games as you'd like. though because of its popularity, it can be difficult to get a seat on weekends. i called ahead to book a table and we were seated within 30min. yay!
we played king of tokyo, puerto rico, ubongo, the penguin game (shown below, i forgot the name) and blockus. i think the best part of coming here is to learn a new game from friendly staff. they explain the games thoroughly and kindly. it amazes me how they remember to play so many different games. i love love love love going to snakes and lattes. one of my fave places in t.o.♡
