i spend most of my day sitting in front of a computer. often i find myself leaning to the side, sunken into the chair or getting closer and closer to the monitor. really. i better fix this asap. i don't wanna end up having to go to a chiropractor or worse. i've put up a little post-it by the monitor to remind myself of my posture. lol. hope i can keep this up, enough to get used to. :-S
