i got an email from my friend about an article about bike as a fashion statement from the [star].
i really cannot say i take part in this trend... i find dressing 'chic' in this sticky hot humid summer we've been having does not exactly help (not that i was much fashionable to begin with... anyways). i've biked in sandals and flats to match my outfit but they have liberated from my feet and i became the cause of traffic jam, so no more loose shoes.. but heels... wow... i don't even wear heels often enough to bike on them..

i've spent good chunk of time customizing my own bike from [urban outfitters], envying the bikers with similar 'pretty' bikes.. but in the end i'm happy with my red raleigh who works perfectly but don't look too shiny enough to get stolen. lol. (but i do really want one of these). i just hope and hope and hope that our new major (whoever that may be) will really do something about getting more safe bikepaths and more bike posts... !
