It was raining today and couldn't bike to work.... so I took a my bike out for a ride down the lake. It was still damp but the sunset created gorgeous clouds (ah, wish I had brought my camera, sigh, iPhone has its limits).
This is one of the reasons why I love Toronto. I am not liking Toronto at this moment due to all of this G20 stuff going on.. but the calmness of the lake surely makes up for the eccentric security measures. I love biking down the lakeshore bike path to go to work, the view of the lake is .... simply astonishing.
It's been a long, hectic, stressful week, getting ready for the summer opening, but it was all worth it. At the same time, I was very excited to be part of something so great. I know it's going to be an awesome summer. I just can't wait!
