i really enjoyed the show. though i thought it was bit difficult to absorb the monologues, because they tell stories of what it is to live as a woman of colour. i was touched and inspired.

rose's last ceramic class

today was the last ceramic class :,(

rose, my fave ceramic teacher and a good friend, is leaving harbourfront at the end of the month. tears.

glazing is always a challenge, the least favourite part of throwing.

high hopes these vessels will turn out the way i anticipate them to be. aaaaahhhhh

i also took a snapshot of grace's little creatures. aren't they just adorable?

i love her whimsical pieces, they look like they just popped out of a fantasy illustrations. love it.

can't wait to see them installed! exciting!!!

i made a little pouch for my tarot cards today...

well it turned out a little taller than i wanted it to be but i'm happy with it :-D

the fabric is from shuyu. it matches the navy blue felt i had. yay.

i found the clover pendant i made long-long-long ago and added it as a little lucky charm. hee hee

i ordered these gorgeous paulina tarot cards on amazon couple weeks ago and they finally arrived.
the drawings are whimsical and magical.
for the next few weeks, i will have to read read read and learn the cards.
but first, off to making a pouch for my cards.. yay~
